From childhood to present day, baking has continually been a huge part of my life and always brought me such joy. After being diagnosed with Celiac disease 12+ years ago, I turned my passion for baking into a quest to make the BEST gluten free baked goods available. And I have succeeded! I also understand the challenges of finding delicious treats for specific dietary needs, like dairy-free, soy-free and vegan. Don't worry...I have you covered and you won't miss a thing!
